Introduction :-

यह एक Word Proccesing Application Software है | word Processor शब्द का सबसे पहले use IMB Company के द्वारा एक Text Document बनाया जाता है Libre Office writer में आप किसी भी प्रकार के Resume लेटर या document , biodata , table , report को design किया जा सकता हैं |

Libre office Writer:-

Libre office writer कि screen को कई भागो में बांटा गया है -

1. Application Icon
2. Title Bar
3. Menu Bar
4. Standard ToolBar
5. Formatting ToolBar
6. Side Bar
7. Status Bar

Title Bar :-

Libre office writer में सबसे ऊपर की पट्टी title bar कहलाती है। जिसके left corner पर by default Name untitled show होता है ।

Application Icon :-

Writer में open की गई कोई भी File जो की Active है | Active Application को दिखाता है | जब हम Application Icon पर Click करते है | तो इसमें निन्मलिखित Icon प्रदर्शित होते हैं | जो की इस प्रकार हैं -

1. Restore
2. Move
3. Size
4. Minimize
5. Maximize
6. Close {Alt + F4}

Control button :-

Title Bar के right side बार में control button Icon होते हैं | जो minimize , maximize और Close के button होते हैं |

Minimize button :-

Minimize button पर click करते ही विंडो taskbar में आ जाती है | इसकी shortcut key ( Alt + Spacebar + N ) होती है |

Maximize button :-

Maximize button का का प्रयोग Application Window को बड़ा करने और वापस उसी जगह पर लाने के लिए इसका उपयोग किया जाता हैं | इस Button में दो option work करते हैं यदि आपका Window का Size कम है तो इसमें Maximize option होगा और यदि window Full screen पर है तो restore नाम किआ option work करेगा इस प्रकार से इसका उपयोग किया जा सकता है |

Close :-

इस option का प्रयोग application window को बंद करने के लिये किया जाता है |

Menu Bar :-

Menu bar title bar के ठीक नीचे होता है। इसमें libre office के सभी option या Tools इस Menu के द्वारा भी एक्सेस कर सकते हैं | इस Menu को Activate Alt या F10 key का प्रयोग किया जाता है | जिसमें 11 tab होते हैं-

1. File
2. Edit
3. View
4. Insert
5. Format
6. Style
7. Table
8. Form
9. Tools
10. Window
11. Help

Standerd Tool Bar :-

Standerd Tool Bar Menu bar के ठीक नीचे Standard Tool Bar आता है अतः इस toolbar में Shortcut Commands दिए होते हैं जिसकी help से आप जल्दी अपने Commands को Run कर सकते हैं | इसमें निम्न option आते हैं |

1. Open
2. New
3. Cut
4. Copy
5. Undo

Formeting Tool Bar :-

Formating tool Standerd tool bar के ठीक नीचे Formating Tool bar आता है | जिसमे-

1. Bold
2. Italic
3. Underline
4. Alliment
5. Color

Formating Option पाए जाते हैं |

Font size :-

Dropdown arrow से Min = 6 , Max = 96 Manually type करके Max = 999.9 Min = 2

by Default Alignment left रहता है | तथा Formating tool bar के नीचे Ruler आता है | ये 2 प्रकार के होते हैं |

1. Horizontal Ruler
2. Vertical Ruler

Ruler के बाद Work Area आता है जिसमे हम अपना matter Type करते हैं Work Area को page कहते हैं Work Area को नीचे scroll करने के लिए scroll bar होता है यह भी 2 प्रकार का होता है -

1. Vertical
2. Horizontal

By Default Vertical Scroll Bar Show होता है Horizontal नहीं Horizontal Scroll Bar 100% Zoom के बाद Show होता है !

1. Page No
2. Word Character
3. Page Style

Side Bar

Libre Office Writer में right corner पर side bar आता है जिसमें 6 Deck होती हैं।

1. properties
2. style
3. gallery
4. navigator
5. Page
6. Design

Status Bar

Libre office writer में status bar सबसे नीचे आता है| जिसमें left corner पर Page number बीच में languege और right corner पर zoom slider आता है।

Note:- Writer में by default zoom 100% , min=20% zoom , max=600%zoom तथा Ms word में min=10%zoom max=500%zoom
