Libre office sclac एक spreatsheet application softwere है| Spreatsheet application softwere के द्वारा हम
Sales report, Purchase report, Marksheet, Graph, Chart, Invoice और Mathemetic finction वाले work कर सकते हैं|
spreatsheet softwere के अंतर्गत-

Note :-Spreatsheet को Work sheet भी कहा जाता है|

Libre office scalc:-

Libre office scalc कि screan को काई भागो में बांटा गया है-

1. Title Bar
2. Menu Bar
3. Standerd Tool Bar
4. Formating Tool Bar
5. Formula Bar
6. Worksheet
7. Side Bar
8. Status Bar

Title Bar :-

Libre office calc में सबसे ऊपर की पट्टी title bar कहलाती है। जिसके left corner पर by default Name
untitled show होता है । Right corner पर control buton आती है। जिसमें minimize बटन ( - ), maximize / Restore बटन,
और एक close बटन ( x )होतीहै|

Menu Bar :-

Menu bar title bar के ठीक नीचे होता है। इसमें 11 tab होते हैं-

1-	File-	click here
2-	Edit-	click here
3-	View-	click here
4-	Insert-	click here
5-	Format-	click here
6-	Style-	click here
7-	Sheet-	click here
8-	Data Menu-	click here
9-	Tools-	click here

Standerd Tool Bar :-

Standerd Tool Bar Menu bar के ठीक नीचे आता है। जिसमें File menu, Edit menu,
Insert Manu के option तुरंत Access करने के लिए दिए जाते हैं|

Formeting Tool Bar :-

Formating tool bar Standerd tool bar के ठीक नीचे होता है जो format menu के option को तुरंत accass
करने के लिए सुविधा देता है। Formating tool bar में by default font Name libretion sans होता है। Libre office
scalc में by default font size 10 होता है।

Libre office scalc में min-2pt font size और max-999.9pt होता है। Drop down arrow से min-6pt, max-96pt use किया जा सकता है।

Formula Bar :-

Formula bar Formating tool bar के ठीक नीचे होता है।जिसमें left corner पर Name Bax आता है। जिसमें all cell address show होता है।
Name box के बाद formula box आता है। जिसमें all में type किया गया matter या formula show होता है।

Worksheet :-

Worksheet formula bar के ठीक नीचे आता है। जिसमें column और row show होते हैं। Libre office scalc में 16384
column और 10,48,576 row होते हैं। Row को numenic header से colum ko alfabet header से show किया जाता है।

1. Last row address 10,48,576 है।
2. Last cell address XFD 10,48,576 है।
3. Last Column Address XFD
4. total cell=number (16384*1048576=17179869184)

Note- Min font size M.s Excel में=1, Min font size M.S Excel=409, By default font size=11, By default font Name=calibari

Worksheet में by default एक sheet show होती है। लेकिन हम उसमें लगभग 10,000 sheet add kar सकते हैं।

Side Bar :-

Libre Office Scalc में right corner पर side bar आता है जिसमें 5 Deck होती हैं।

1. properties
2. style
3. gallery
4. navigator
5. functions

Status Bar :-

Libre office scalc में status bar सबसे नीचे आता है| जिसमें left corner पर sheet number बीच में languege और right corner
पर zoom slider आता है।
Libre office में zoom Min=20%
Libre office में max zoom=400%

Note:-Excel में by default zoom 100%, min=10% zoom Excel में max=400%zoom
