1. Normal :-

यह libre ऑफिस का by default view है |

2. Page Break :-

Page break के द्वारा sheet में data कितने page में लिया गया है | इसे देखा जा सकता है |

3. User Interface :-

Libre office में by default user interface standerd tool bar होता है | इसके
आलावा और भी option दिए गए हैं | जो निम्न हैं -

1. Tabbed
2. Single Toolbar
3. Side bar
4. Tabbed Compact
5. Groupedbar
6. Groupedbar Compact
7. Contaxtual single
8. Contaxtual groups


4. Tool Bar :-

Libre office Calc में by default formating और standerd tool bar आते है बाकि
दिए गए tool bar को अपनी आवश्यकता अनुसार use कर सकते हैं | ये निम्न हैं -

5. Drawing Object Properties

5. Formula bar :-

Formula bar को show और Hide कराने के लिए formula bar का उसे करते हैं |

6. Status bar :-

Status bar जो सबसे नीचे अत है |उसे show और hide कराने के लिए Status bar option
का use करते हैं |

7. View Headers :-

Coloum header और Row header को show और hide कराने के लिए view header option
का use करते हैं |

8. View Gridlines :-

Grid helplines को show और hide कराने के लिए view gridlines option का use करते हैं |

9. Grip and Helplines :-

इसमें 3 option आते हैं -

1. Desplay Grid
2. Snapto grid
3. Helplines While Moving


• Desplay Grid :-

ये Doted grid show और hide कराने के लिए use किया जाता है |

• Snap to grid :-

किसी image या sape को grid to grid snap करने के लिए इसका उसे किया जाता है |

• Helplines While Moving :-

Image या Shape को Move करते समय उनके चारो ओर की Doted line show होती हैं |

10. Value Highlighting (ctrl + f 8) :-

ये number Value को blue color में और formula value को Green color में convert कर देता है |
लेकिन Text value में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं करता है |

11. Hidden Row / Column Indicator :-

Hide किये गए Row और column को indicate करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है |

12. Show formula (ctrl + ' ) :-

इस option के द्वारा हम value की बजाये cell में formula show करा सकते हैं |

13. Comment :-

Insert किये गए comment को show और hide करने के लिए इस option का उसे किया जाता है |

14. Split Window :-

Window को 4 भागों में बांटने के लिए इसका उसे किया जाता है |

15. Freeze Row and column :-

Row और column को स्थाई करने के लिए इसका उसे किया जाता है | जिसमे scroll करने पर छुपता है |

16. Freeze Cell :-

पहले row तथा पहले colum को स्थाई करने के लिए इसका उसे किया जाता है |

1. Freeze first colum
2. Freeze first row
17. Side Bar ( ctrl + f5) :-

Side bar screen के Right column में show होता है | जिसमे libre office calc में 5 Deck होती हैं |

1. Properties
2. Style
3. Navigator
4. Gallery
5. Function
6. Undock (ctrl + shift + f10)



Side bar को dock या undock करने के लिए side bar के deck को hide या show कराने के लिए customization का use करते हैं |

18. Navigator ( f5 ) :-

Navigate का shortcut use किसी एक object से दूसरे object में move करने के लिए किया जाता है |
जैसे image to image, sheet to sheet आदि |

Deck- धंसा हुआ /side bar के option को कहते हैं |

20. Data Sources ( ctrl + shift + f4 ) :-

इसके द्वारा हम database की file को show करा सकते हैं | database की file का use फॉर्म बनाने में किया जाता है |

21. Full Screen ( ctrl + shift + j ) :-

Screen को full screen में convert करने के लिए use किया जाता है |

22. Zoom :-

Entire page -	52%

Optical new	100%
